| Born and raised in Omak, WA Steve Conner moved to Spokane to attend Whitworth College and play on the golf team. He graduated from Whitworth with a degree in Business Management. He started his golf career shortly after graduation at Spokane Country Club. Following a year at the Country Club Steve continued his career at Indian Canyon Golf Course. He left Indian Canyon for the opportunity to help open the Coeur d’ Alene Resort Golf Course. Following a year at the Resort Steve returned to Indian Canyon before becoming the Head Professional at Downriver Golf Course where he is currently in his 13th season. Steve has previously served on the Inland Empire PGA Board of Directors, as well as Chairman of the Inland Empire PGA tournament committee.
